This is my fifth year at Shepherdsville and my tenth year teaching. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an area of concentration in social and behavioral science. I also graduated from Georgetown College with my Master's degree in teacher leadership. I am an avid University of Kentucky fan and love cheering on my Cats in all sports. I love the beach, hiking in the mountains, biking, camping, singing, travelling, and running. I like to read and my favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird. I love Italian food, dark chocolate, and did I mention, I'm a bit of a UK fan? :) My husband and I have four children between us: Jordan (18), Kylie (15), Nolan (9), and Emmary (1). We also have two dogs, Duke and Addy. We are active members at Southeast Christian Church where we serve in various ministries. I love to teach and I am looking forward to an amazing year!
